Terms and Conditions

Over 18s ONLY

Knives are only for sale to persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order for any knife, you declare that you are 18 years of age or over.
Knives must be used responsibly and appropriately.

Prices

All the prices quoted are Euro’s  and include V.A.T. In the case of errors or price changes after an order has been placed, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay the difference.

Orders - Delivery

We only handle your order after receiving your payment.
You will find the delivery charge if you finalized the order
If you order articles which are "in stock” : We shipped usually within 24 - 72 hours after receiving your payment. If articles not “in stock” we shipped usually within 10-15 days. If not, we will contact you.

We only deliver the complete order;  if you ordered more as one item, and  some items are not in stock, we will keep this order until the order is complete.
 

Tax

All orders to be delivered within the European Union include V.A.T. at 19% in the price. Orders delivered out with this area are not subject to this tax and it will be removed when we contact you with revised delivery charges.

 
Complaints

We try and provide our customers with the best possible service and prices - please feel free to telephone or contact us in any way with comments, suggestions or complaints. Please notify us as soon as possible if any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods have been received and we will find a solution which everybody is happy.

The customer may cancel the goods ordered at any time and in addition may return any goods within 7 working days of receipt and we will refund the value, but we can charge you for 15% of the goods ordered and also the freight charges, depending on what the problem is. The returning goods must be  received back in our premises, providing the goods are in their original packaging and have not been used.

Privacy

We do not pass on any details to any other company nor do we send any unsolicited e-mails and only request information which is directly relevant to the order. Contact our administration manager if you require further information.
